Leadership basically defined is community building. Strong leadership invites and challenges, but it is also very directional. Leadership is the ability to create a shared faithful vision; it is the ability both to see and to help others see beyond the present realities.
We at the SCSBC want to ensure the health and growth of Christian education in our member schools and beyond. Perhaps the most important task we have is that of equipping school administrative team members (principals, vice/assistant principals and coordinators).
