The SCSBC team is always available to answer questions by phone or email, and more structured or longer-term help may be arranged upon request either for individual school communities or combined groups.

- Board Orientation
Reflective practice, including a regular evaluation of our professional service, is an essential part of continued growth in effective servant leadership. The SCSBC and the Christian Principals Association of BC have developed a recommended policy for the regular evaluation of school leadership. Summative external evaluations, through the SCSBC or a Board-appointed committee, should occur every four years. Such an evaluation should be initiated by the Board.
Access to these reviews is part of the SCSBC service package for members. Interested boards should submit requests as early as possible; plans must be finalized early in the fall. In addition, a number of non-SCSBC schools have taken advantage of this highly recommended service. For more information on structure and fees, please contact the SCSBC office.

Questionnaires are completed by board and committee members, principals and admin teams, teachers, support staff and parents. Data is compiled by SCSBC staff, a report is issued to the school community, and an in-service is held to work through results.
