September: CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS CANADA LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE (bi-annually)Christian Schools Canada hosts a national convention every two years. CSC directors, board members, curriculum leaders, principals and vice principals from across Canada interact, fellowship and learn from one another. The location of this convention alternates in each of the three member regions: Western Canada (SCSBC), Central Canada (PACS) and Eastern Canada (OACS). The next conference will be September 23-25, 2010 hosted by the Prairie Association of Christian Schools. Visit the CSC website for more information.
October: CHRISTIAN TEACHERS CONVENTION
Annual convention hosted by the Christian Teachers Association of BC and Northwest Christian Schools International. Visit the CTABC Convention website for more information.
November: LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
A one-day conference focused on meeting the needs of various board, committee and administrative teams. This conference provides school leaders with the opportunity to meet with specialists and consultants, and to network with colleagues in the greater Christian school community.
November: BUSINESS ADMIN FORUM
This meeting is held to gather business managers, bookkeepers, accountants and finance committee members together.
Spring & Fall: CHRISTIAN PRINCIPALS ASSOCIATION OF BC CONFERENCES
The Christian Principals Association of BC offers a retreat in the Spring, and a conference in the Fall every year. Current Conference April 21-23, 2010 .
February: MOSAIC: INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION CONFERENCE
This annual conference for international student program coordinators, administrators, ELL coordinators & instructors, & academic advisors provides opportunity for networking and sharing in cultural experiences.
March: FINANCE & DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE
A conference focused on the financial management and development programs in your schools. This conference provides those in finance and development roles the opportunity to meet with specialists and consultants, and to network with colleagues.
